This class focuses on building endurance and strengthen your muscles in your upper body, core, abs, arms, and back. It provides strength training without weights; by building your strength through movement and flow, or you may build it through holding poses using your breath to guide you through your flow.

Class Registration: You can register to any class you desire up to 2 hours before the class, after that bookings will be closed for that class. Class Cancellation Policy: In case of cancelling a class, you can cancel up to 6 hours prior the class, after that any cancellation or no show will still be deducted from your sessions.
