We use the three aspects that are often affected by our anxiety and stress: our body, mind, and breathing; to help you in reducing them and release the tension from your muscles and joints that can help your sleep better at night.

Class Registration: You can register to any class you desire up to 2 hours before the class, after that bookings will be closed for that class. Class Cancellation Policy: In case of cancelling a class, you can cancel up to 6 hours prior the class, after that any cancellation or no show will still be deducted from your sessions.
