In this class we focus on yoga poses that can be especially helpful to the muscles and joints that support the back and spine, neck, shoulders, and arms. The slow movements and stretches and the continuous focus on proper breathing can improve the emotional aspect of back pain by helping to lower stress and reduce anxiety and depression. It also helps in releasing the tension and stiffness from the neck and shoulders and improves the mobility of you arms and shoulders.

Cancellation Policy
Class Registration: You can register to any class you desire up to 2 hours before the class, after that bookings will be closed for that class. Class Cancellation Policy: In case of cancelling a class, you can cancel up to 6 hours prior the class, after that any cancellation or no show will still be deducted from your sessions.
