Service Description

In this class we focus on the hip joint and the pelvis area which is the connection between the upper and the lower part of the body. It’s an important area for all kinds of movements because a lot of poses that work on either the upper body or the lower body involve the pelvic area in some way. Hip opening yoga poses can actually help loosen tight hips, and improves the range of motion and circulation. We also focus on improving the muscle stretch and length of the hamstrings that supports in opening the hips more and gives you the flexibility you are looking for with practice.

Class Registration: You can register to any class you desire up to 2 hours before the class, after that bookings will be closed for that class. Class Cancellation Policy: In case of cancelling a class, you can cancel up to 6 hours prior the class, after that any cancellation or no show will still be deducted from your sessions.
