OUR GOAL
Our goal isn't about bending and forcing your body into certain positions.
Instead, we teach you how to practice the proper breathing techniques that takes you deeper in your practice. We also teach you how to get into proper postures and find the correct alignment using yoga props that supports you further in your practice.
By marinating your practice, you will then develop and improve your breathing, muscles and core strength, flexibility, balance, mental health, and even reduce chronic pain or illnesses.
